Raena Fitness Boot Camp
At Raena Fitness, we take it outside to the fresh outdoors! We mix traditional calisthenics, body weight exercises and offer resistance training using weights, bands, and medicine balls, (which most boot camps don't offer) using interval training. Our boot camps are designed to push you harder than you'd normally push yourself.
The Raena Fitness Method
During a 4 week class, you'll take an easy, (and private) fitness assessment, learn to run/walk our group 1/2 mile course, (at your own pace), perform various body weight exercises (such as push ups, sit-ups), various weight training exercises (such as dumbbell curls, kettlebell squats), various forms of plyometric and interval training with little rest between exercises. Every Raena Fitness class ends with a special 2-5 minute core-intensive workout. All classes are designed by Raena with each client in mind.
