My Dr. told me that I was “obese” and that to increase my odds of having a healthy life, I needed to lose weight. I felt so awful, I was having digestive disorders, hip pain, and I never felt good...I had been dying to find an alternative to a personal trainer $$$, or a gym, I love being outside, but after looking up every possible fitness training place in Tucson and their “bootcamp” offerings I found that they were all way too expensive for me. So when I saw your sign that evening at the park, I immediately went online and found your website. I read it and instantly thought, this is the one for me.
Raena, you get it, fitness is for EVERY Body! Your prices are so affordable that I thought how great is it that she is making it so the mere mortal can manage to pay for personal training. I love the size of your classes, I don’t mind how many people you have as long as I can workout with you and still manage to pay for food! Please keep doing what you do, I have been coming to Bootcamp since April and I have lost 20 lbs and dropped 2 dress sizes all for a mere fraction of what I spent with a one on one trainer. You are the best! :-)

Raena you and your boot camps have had such a big impact on me even though I've only been doing it for 4/5 months. When I started I knew I needed to do something, because even though I looked in shape I didn't feel in shape. Especially when I'd climb the long flight of stair on campus and end up feeling winded and sluggish by the time I got to the top. Then Tara suggested I go to boot camp with her, which I wasn't really sure about since I'm not really big on going to exercise classes or the gym, basically because it's not outside and it seems they're always going at a slow pace, doing the same repetitive exercises. However when I got to your boot camp I found out that wasn't the way it was at all! First boot camp is outside, second you keep the pace up, pushing everyone to do their absolute best; and lastly it's never boring! Now not only can I climb the stairs without being winded, I'm running faster than I have in an extremely long time, and I'm lifting weights and doing numerous reps with them...something I've never imagined myself doing. I'm excited to see how much farther I can push myself and it's because you've inspired me to go beyond my limits.
